Where can PropTraka be used?
Kenya, primarily. Currency, locale, and laws are configurable so the product works elsewhere — but every default and every integration is calibrated for Kenyan landlords, property managers, and agents. We're built in Nairobi.
Is my data safe? Can I export it?
Yes to both. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted on Google Cloud. You can export the full record — tenants, leases, transactions, expenses — as CSV or PDF from Settings → Data Export. No vendor lock-in.
