Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Model

PropTraka operates on a recurring subscription model billed monthly or annually in KES via M-Pesa or card.

Free Trial

PropTraka offers a free trial period. No charges are incurred during the trial, and you will not be billed if you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If your payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before deactivation. If you resubscribe within 90 days, all your data is restored immediately.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• Duplicate charges due to a system error.
• Service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours.
• Billing error resulting in an incorrect charge amount.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of an annual subscription renewal.

eTIMS Compliance

All PropTraka invoices are fiscalised via eTIMS in compliance with KRA requirements.
