ARDO™ is PropTraka's proprietary intelligence engine, specifically engineered for the real estate domain. Unlike general AI, ARDO™ is deeply specialised in property management workflows, financial reconciliation patterns, and tenant behavior analysis.
Privacy by Design
PII redaction guardrails are applied to sensitive data before AI processing, helping protect tenant and landlord information.
Conversation History
ARDO™ conversations and queries are stored in your account, giving you a record of AI-generated insights and recommendations.
Intelligent Oversight
ARDO™'s primary function is its Intelligent Oversight Engine. It constantly monitors your financial streams (Rent vs. mobile money statements) to detect irregularities like double-receipting, missing reconciliations, or unexpected expenditure surges. This is active intelligence protecting your revenue.
Document Intelligence
ARDO™ analyses uploaded tenant documents to extract structured, verifiable signals for TrustTraka™:
- Mobile Money Statements: Analyses M-Pesa transaction history to assess income patterns, spending behaviour, and residential stability — ideal for informally employed or self-employed tenants.
- Employment Letters & Payslips: Extracts and verifies employment details, detects inconsistencies between documents, and flags affordability concerns.
- National ID & Selfie: Confirms identity through biometric matching to prevent impersonation.
- eTIMS Invoice Data: References your eTIMS submission history to identify compliance gaps. Invoice data is processed within your account context and never shared across accounts.
All document analysis outputs are validated and stored securely within your account to power TrustTraka™.
Safe AI Ethics
We adhere to a strict ethical framework:
- Advisory First: ARDO™ suggests and flags issues. It never moves money without your approval. Proactive alerts (arrears, lease renewals, compliance deadlines) are sent automatically to keep you informed.
- Tenant Fairness: TrustTraka™ scores are computed based on objective financial data, removing human bias from the screening process.
- Localized Knowledge: ARDO™ is trained with Kenyan tax regulations (KRA MRI, eTIMS) and local tenancy laws. Market data is sourced from publicly available Kenyan property portals.
- Invoice Accuracy: ARDO™ may flag potential discrepancies between recorded revenue and eTIMS submissions, but it does not autonomously submit, modify, or void invoices.
